I have an excel document of 132 students information. Email- Name-Surname- Mark Columns
I want to send to the email addresses of students their marks. I couldn"t find how.
Is there anyone who knows how to do it?
Possible by identifying the names through the contacts available to you
You would need a code that retrieves the mark for each email and sends only that, for confidentiality. But these days, universities can post marks on student portals

Amal abo Ashak I think I have to copy and paste 132 grades from my list.. It needs lots of time. And also identifying each student takes lots of time.. I am delivering courses for short periods like 2-3 weeks. This would mean every 3 weeks I would identify new students
Yes. You can use mail merge. It works very nice in Thunderbird.

You can create a group mail in google groups with all the student's emails, once.
whenever you want to share your excel sheet with the students... you can send to that group email ID. All your students will receive your mail.

I am using google forms with Timify. However, I don't have option of sending quizzes without anaswers.. I tried deleting anwer forms from drive but it still is not a good option.. I am sending one by one and it is taking lots of time

Using google forms you can send quizzes to the students. you need to change the settings.. so that the student can not see the answers. But they ll receive feedback after answering.
You may also use the Socrative app. It is available in both free and premium versions. In the free version, you can send quizzes to 50 students max. in premium version u can send up to 150 or 200 students (i am not sure.. need to check). You can launch the quiz and students can answer using their tabs/mobiles/PCs. You ll have the options to give them the feedback; for example. immediately after they answer each question or after answering all the questions. The beauty of this app is you can jumble the questions and answers as well. You can go for MCQs, Short notes and True or false questions. It does not support the video-based questions.
