I need to plot the graph for total load and a total deflection against all the nodes on which I applied the constraints. When I go to the Time Histro Processor, I am able to select only one node and getting the displacement and Reaction force of only a single node. No option to select the box. Is there any way to select all the nodes?
Please help me. It's been four weeks since I'm stuck at this point.
And I select the nodes one by one and add their values in excel, just want to confirm can I do this way if I couldn't find a way to select all the nodes at one constraint. ?
Hi, First select the nodes (better to use NSEL command) in question and try to use CM command to generate a set of nodes that you would like to extract data from in the PREP7. Then, call the set of nodes using CMSEL command and then get your data accordingly for those nodes. Please, go through the documentation for these commands to understand how to write them properly. Here is a simple code to create a block and select the nodes at the bottom of the block where z=0.
