Hi Hamidreza Shadman, why do you want to remove the tackiness of polyborosiloxane? As far as I know, this polymer is explicitly used as tackifier. I assume that you can make it less tacky by washing it with diethyl ether, but this is just a guess.
Hi Hamidreza Shadman, thank you, that sounds reasonable. It's certainly worth a try to use an inert solvent such as diethyl ether or pentane to treat the surface of the polymer so that it doesn't stick to the aluminum foil. Both solvents have the advantage that they evaporate quickly.
