PLGA is present in crystalline form but when i crush it, it is not converted into the powder and some suitable size. please tell how i make the physical mixture of PLGA with other powders

To prepare physical mixture you can mixture the two compounds with help of a mortar and pestle. Usually, this mixture you can do for 10 or 30 minutes.

Dear Nayab Tahir, PLGA does not grind well I agree. So may I suggest another approach that may help. Dissolve PLGA and your other powder in a non-reactive solvent, one that does not alter the PLGA or the other powder, perhaps acetone? Once you a have a clear solution, very carefully remove the acetone e.g. by rotavapor at room temperature. Your mixture will crystalize and may be easier to handle and shape into the correct particle size. As PLGA is not cheap I would recommend trying this on small scale first. Good luck with your work !!
