Fitting photoluminescence lifetime decay curves with 2-exponential model indicates two types of decay paths for photons inside of CsPbBr3 semiconductors. I am guessing this 2-exponential arises due to the surface states within the bandgaps of CsPbBr3. I need to precisely determine the type of defects and energy of defects inside of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals. How can I do these measurements experimentally?
