use either dft of fft function in waveform calculator if you are using transient simulation. To get accurate results (with real linewidths) you need to run simulation for very long time (>10000 cycles for ring oscillator) and set thermal noise checkbox.

On the other hand, if you need only center frequency, "freq" function in calculator works fine. Or run PSS simulation if you already sure about your oscillation mode.
