Hello everyone,
I need a protocol for Agroinfiltration in Nicotiana benthamiana plants by using the proteossoma inhibitor MG132. I have been searched in the literature and several papers using this approach didn't describe how they performed the experiment, mainly with regard to MG132 concetration and a more detailed information.
Any suggestion and protocols will be very apreciated! Thanks

Ntoukakis et al. use 100uM concentration.
Protocol:
Grow agro culture. Pellet. Resuspend in 10mM MgCl2. Add MG132 to 100uM. Infiltrate leaves.
