Hello,
in Matlab I have an algorithm which defines a parameter plan. I would like to import this parameter plan automatically as whole to Ansys Workbench, run the mechanical simulations and get the results automatically back to Matlab. After that an adjusted parameter plan shall be imported to Workbench and so on. Therefore, I need some sort of interface between Matlab and Ansys Workbench. Does anyone have experience with this?

The Ansys aaS Toolbox is working exactly as I need it. By connecting Matlab to Ansys as a Server I can interact with the workbench via python commands and update the design point table. After Solution I export the Design points and read this file into Matlab to do further post processing.

here is some very easy exemplary Matlab code from a simple Beam Problem in Ansys. When using the aaS Toolbox, the execwbcommand() gives you the possibility to insert python commands which then are transferred and executed in Ansys. To get examples of the python commands, you can use the record function in Ansys and reuse them in your Matlab code. Hope this helps.
