How can I model radiation (e.g. P1 model) in porous media with LTNE in Ansys Fluent ?

As Ansys Fluent doesn't support a combination of radiation with LTNE model for porous media, papers mention to use UDFs to do so. However, clear procedure for doing so in not given anywhere. Can anyone explain how to do it?
