I found the problems that when the propeller is imported in domain and mesh, there are many errors and cannot mesh the model; on the other hand, if I mesh only the propeller without the domain, It can be able to mesh.
How's wrong about the domain? How should I set up or fix?
Actually, you have to check your the propeller geometry where you imported. It stems from extension CAD filefrom where did you get?

Could you tell us the meshing software you choose? Turbogrid? or ICEM? You'd better put some figures. So we can try to find what the problem is.
Probably there may be some error in the domain you constructed. Propeller is getting meshed means that surface is defined. Check for volume defects.
Check your propeller geometry and the source where it is exported to ansys.Some Geometrical tolerances can be accepted and I think if you model in apdl and analyse you may get satisfying results
