I am thinking about design a series of index to evaluate government-run social media accounts, i.e. the number of followers, the number of likes. Anyone has any other idea in regard of government-run accounts? Thanks.
Dear M. Zhang, in a recent conference paper I proposed a metric based on the 'engagement rate' (retweets+fav/followers) of historical Twitter accounts. It is linked under this comment (+ the slides on ResearchGate).
It's probably also very relevant for governmental Twitter accounts.
