I've obtained it by micromechanical cleavage (the size of the samples are around micrometers) and it's deposited on a substrate. I might measure the conductivity using either four probe method or a SEM?
I read one research paper about that. They used micropipette sensor with laser point heating source. The value obtained was 2868 ± 932 W/m °C. I attached a good reference.
In terms of electrical measurements using 4-point probe the sample-specific characteristics are intimately related to technical constraints such as the probe geometry and size of the sample. Based on the size of your samples I think- Nano-4P probe STM or Two-probe STM will be the best for experiments and especially at the atomic level.
