I have the data on five morphological parameters viz., Number of branches per plant, Number of calyx per fruit, Density of trichomes on the calyx, Density of trichomes on the leaf surface, Fruit pericarp thickness (cm) and i made correlation with fruit weight loss (%) of each parameter. How can i make staked graph out of it, showing clear cut proportion of individual parameter in all twenty two varieties.
Anton Vrdoljak Yes sir i am plotting in excel itself but normal stacked graph only i am able to plot. I need the parameters to arrange as per their values on one bar, like i have given in the picture.
Step 1. Have some data on any sheet;
Step 2. Click INSERT ribbon;
Step 3. In Charts section click on icon Insert column charts and then choose More Column Charts...;
Step 4. Choose between Stacked Column and 100% Stacked Column;
Step 5. Click OK button.
Anton Vrdoljak Sir this way i made but after stacking the other parameter value is adding up on the bar. I have attached the snapshot of my graph but i don't want my graph like this. The way i want to represent is attached with my question, Pls check. if you know how to make it pls help
Will try to help, but need explanations. In other words I am confused with what you want to have on chart/graph?
If you want to have only two stacks, let say green and red, then right click with your mouse on your chart, and choose Select Data... and finally select wanted chart data range, i.e. two rows which represents your green and red stacks...
If you want smth else, please write again....
I have attached the file. Pls see the data mentioned above bar. For example: I have 22 Varieties and Variety-1 have Fruit weight loss 25.22, Branches per plant 11.94, Density of trichomes 14.22. In my chart outcome despite the fruit weight loss (25.22)one will read it as 52, no. of branches per plant (11.94) as 28. Depiction of the chart goes wrong this way. So i want to know is there any method??
