How can I make sterile chitosan folate NPs?

Hi, I want to make chitosan folate coated selenium nanoparticles and I need the whole process and the NPs to come out completely sterile. Thus, I need my chitosan folate polymer and my acetic acid to be sterile, how can I do that?
