Average Mw ~14,000 (pellets). I want to add magnesium and HA as reinforcement in polymer matrix and form composite.
I have already tried ball milling and grinding, it's not working as the material is thermoplastic in nature. I'll need cryomill but I don't have access to it. Please try to suggest some chemical methods in which low temperature is used (as I'll incorporate chemo drugs in it).
Before we can directly heat the PCL with microwaves, we have to melt a quantity in order to incorporate the HA. Ratios do not need to be terribly precise, but I've had good luck with 50:1 ratios of PCL to HA and 50:4 ratios of PCL, which both equate to about 1/3 cup PCL to 1 tsp susceptor.
@amirsalar The thing is I cannot raise the temperature because I need to incorporate drug in the composite.

I think you can dissolve PCL in solvents such as dichloromethane (DCM), acetone (AC), chloroform (CF), in particular, DCM dissolve it at room temperature. then spray the solution ( e.g. normal spray bottle) on a surface e.g. aluminum foil. after the solvent evaporates you should have the powder. Chloroform is very toxic in gas, better to use DCM first and every thing under fume hood :).
