How can I make Netsim work in underlay mode of cognitive radio?

The secondary user switches the channel when primary user comes hence there is no interference caused to primary receiver due to secondary transmission.I want both the primary and secondary users to exist on the same channel that is work on the underlay mode.

I think you need to change the NetSim code for this purpose. May be the spectrum sensing function. Have you tried that?
