I have a linear actuator of 1kN load capacity, 50mm linear travel, and M35X1mm thread at outer body. The spindle has M10 internal threads which is not through (closed end). I am having leakage from inside the actuator. Is it a way that I can transfer the linear motion with 1 micron precision?

If leakage into the vacuum space is the problem, then one can use a 15 cm length of metal bellow which can be compressed to 10 cm. One end of the bellow should have a metal seal and to be connected to the linear actuator. The other end of the bellow is to be open to the vacuum space.

I have 50mm below which hardly get compressed to 3-5mm. Unfortunately, Steel bellows doesn't have high compression.
