How can I make a uniform suspension of microbeads (5 -20 um) in water?

I am running a microfluidic test and I need a uniform concentration/suspension of the microbeads in water. They tend to deposit quickly due to the gravity and their frequency of running through the micro channels is very unsteady. Is there a way to disperse them uniformly in water?
