How can I make a drop generator system?

I'm looking for a system that can produce 50 drops of water per second including Pump, nozzle,....

A drop generator to control the rate and size of the droplets.

I dont know how to make this system? And which fields (Mechanical Eng. or etc.) might help me?

I will appreciate your kind helps.

You can used arduino board plus Water droplet gun to produce 50 droplet per mintue with help of PWM technique. Furthermore, you can increase or decrease droplet in a mintue by changing the duty cycles.
