Start by YouTube tutorials for general packages and functions like plotting functions, then use the manual of each package you may use for your specialty and train on its functions to master it.
It is very well done (possibly the authors are still completing it) and covers some recent packages like `sf` (https://r-spatial.github.io/sf/index.html) which - in my opinion - have made R ways of handling spatial objects much more accessible.
