i think you can use antibiotic specific as antifungal with no effect to bacteria. some of these antifungals are sold in pharmacies as capsules. try to follow the recommended doses on the pakage and try to add it to the nutrient agar medium. i tried the same but in different case (to inhibit bacterial growth from fungal media). regards

This is an example usually you can use nystatin at 50 microg per ml (PPM) and cycloheximide at concentration of  100 PPM.
