I'm looking for any idea, technique, method, material, admixture, etc, that could potentially be used for "producing" a concrete with high resistance in environments with a very low pH (less than 3).
Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I am afraid that resistance against those low pH levels is very hard to achieve by intrinsically changing the concrete mixture (although some companies sell "acid resistant" concrete, e.g. http://www.ceratechinc.com/products/kemrok). To improve the resistance of the concrete in that harsh environments, I would rather look for coatings to apply on the tubing.

I'm trying to develop a research idea. I'm searching for any possibility which may lead to production of a kind of concrete with high resistance to low pH.
Although coating the surface of the concrete is helpful, but is has some problems (such as money, time, accuracy, and details), so I think a making self-coated concrete could be so useful and also a new discovery, as nowadays lots of pipes are suffering from this problem.
could you please introduce any of the coating materials that are available?

Ok,
Use low cement content, add silica fume, metacaoline.........
(and coat with epoxy resin :-) )
Read about geopolimers, they should be acid resistant.
They are made up with fly ash, slag and an alkali activator, there should be a greater resistance from this products than from normal OPC or blended OPC....
