How can I identify necrosis in tumor tissues by observing images obtained from H&E staining?

I treated 4T1 tumor bearing female BALB/c mice with pysical saline, free drug solition, drug loaded NP, and PEG modified drug loaded NP. Now i want interpret the images obtained after the H& E staining.
