Which is the best method to assay and identify different polyphenol compounds by chromatographic method( flavonos, cafeic acides quercitine...)

There are a large number of papers on the analytical methods for identification of flavonoids and phenylcarboxylic acids by HPLC-PDA-ESI MS.
