I need to do a transition from Ipv4 to Ipv6, i konw how to do it, but also I want to analise/evaluate the network performance, latency, packet loss/loss rate, throughput, CPU Utilization, jitter , TTL, etc.. Anyone know how to do it?? Anyone know a software to do this analyse??

RFC4942 ( http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4942.txt ) discusses some of the security threats associated with IPv6 transition technologies. As complementary threat analysis, I am currently working on a holistic approach to analyze the threats introduced by Pv6 transition technologies. I will upload the draft as soon as it is ready. It depends on which mechanisms you are evaluating and what you are evaluating. For example to some extent you cannot evaluate dual tunneling mechanisms against translation because they are meant to aid in different scenarios
I did a similar evaluation like what you intend and i took an experimental lab setup where by i simulated the different mechanisms. I can share with you my paper
I have another question. I want to test a streaming between two diferent locations from IPv6 to IPv6. I want to measure the Delay, Jitter, packet loss and packet size. How can i do this?? How can I make a streaming between the two nodes? How can I measure that??

As I know the latency, packet loss/loss rate, throughput was occurred by the transfer data through the link and the root of the network.
So I prefer to do deference project using OPNET simulation with two scenario for each project once with IPv4 and the other with IPv6. You should use same configuration and load in each scenario of that project. Tray to do 3-6 projects with different traffic, nodes, link then you can analyze the result.
