I need high rated torque (80~250kNm) and low speed (0.97955rpm) motor for hybrid tractor development. Unfortunately, I don't get such a high torque motor.
I am requesting to help me to find-out the motor link with specifications, if anyone worked with that kind of motor.

A gear box is what you need. Torque is really expensive, and also requires a very high current, which is also expensive.
This is why a reducing gear, while costing some money and weight, saves a lot of money on motor and power electronics.
A reduction gear also improves control.

As Suggested gear box with induction motor is possible for integration to achieve the torque with speed.
Suggest to please check on the motors used for conveyor belts in mining industries.

High torque requires a motor with high pole-pair numbers, increasing the volume of the motor. Therefore, I also suggest to focus on using a geared motor.
You can use my gear adaptive variator together with an usual reducer.
if you are using a variable speed drive for controlling the motor speed, you can double the torque by using twin motors mechanically coupled and control the two motors in master-slave mode. This mode is common in industrial applications, especially for cranes. The master-slave mode depends on driving the master motor in speed control and set the other motor to work in torque control by limiting its torque (current) to 50% so both motors will share the load.

In cement mill, high torque at low speed (3 RPM) is normally obtained using
(a) Compound DC motors (b) VFD Induction Motor with gear arrangement.
In power plant, the coal pulverisation plant / cement pulverisation plants, the low speed high torque is obtained using Eddy Current Coupling.

Thanks for your valuable view points. Would you please explain the eddy current coupling? Also, what is the necessity to have such a high torque low speed characteristic in power plants?
In power plant , the coal crushing is required for pulverization (making powder form of coal) , the mill requires high torque at low speed to crush the large size of coal. The eddy current coupling existed prior to popularization of VFD drive. It has lost its market. It is being used in engine driven fixed frequency alternator.

Even recent papers are also available. Magnetic gear may also be one option
Get a motor with sufficient HP and all you need is a gear box for reduction.
