How can i get the complex modeshape from the frequency response function

when identifying the mass/stiffness/damping matrix for a dynamic system, sometimes we may need the modal information, such as the complex natural frequencies and complex modeshapes. could any one tell me how to get the mode shapes from the frequencies response functions? Or is there any shared codes online?
