I'm trying to visualize and measure sea level rise on my study area from 2015 to present, which will be used as a scoring parameter for ecosystem vulnerability assessment. Would anyone show me the methods, techniques, or tutorials on how can i get the data/map? Or how can i create the map using another map (e.g. DEM raster, etc.) with ArcGIS or QGIS software? Appreciate your attention.

Depends...But if you need just the maps... you cam visualise the increased sea level rises by changing the level 0 by classifying (manual interval) the DEM map in a different way thus creating different layers for each year.
watch the coastal edge with remote sensors, then classify the height in your DEM

Exactly, the one with clasifying DEM map was in my thought at first, but can it be considered as a proper method for further calculation/analysis?
