Your question is confusing. Do you want carbon nanotube or you want graphene? Both are available in the market. Just look for the product chart of the famous chemical supplier like M/s. Johnson Mathey and many others available in the internet. You can also prepare in the laboratory by the solution method. Go through the published literature available in the internet.

Please pardon my confusion-laden question. I am actually looking into a new possibility of detecting hazardous chemicals using the technology of "carbon nanotube based materials" for the detection of specific chemicals, which I came across recently.

I understand your question now. In the last five years very large no. of papers have been published. Specially Sensors & Actuators B:Chemical and IEEE sensors are the right journals. It is not possible to discuss your query within this limited space. Carbon nanotube, carbon nanowires, graphene, graphene oxides, graphene-metal composites are the potential nano materials for using as chemiresistive and chemoresistive sensors for detecting trace amount of hazardous chemical gases like hydrogen, carbon monoxide, ammonia, nitrogen dioxides etc.

Apart from the info given above, I would advise you to synthesize any such materials by yourself, if you wish to get published in a respectable journal...

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) may promise to advance a number of real-world technologies. They are particularly attractive for uses in chemical sensors for environmental and health monitoring. However, chemical sensors based on CNTs are often lacking in selectivity, and the elucidation of their sensing mechanisms remains challenging. The enlarge applications of CNT-based sensors to multiple areas including environmental monitoring, food and agriculture applications, biological sensors, and national security.

CNTs-based sensors have demonstrated huge potential and found their application in various areas. Gas sensors based on both SWNTs and MWNTs have been developed. The nanotubes can be integrated with different sensor architectures by direct-growing, drop-deposition, printing, or DEP method. It has been proved both theoretically and experimentally that, the electrical resistance, thermoelectric power, and local density of states of SWNTs can be reversibly changed by exposure to certain vapors. This can be attributed to the charge transfer between the molecules and the nanotubes, or the change of the charge carries lifetime in CNTs. Therefore, gas sensing FET or resistors that measure the resistance change of CNTs as the transducer is the most commonly used sensor structures.
