I recently upgraded the OS on my Laptop from windows 8 to windows 10 Pro. after the installation everything is perfectly except mouse pad. I used Fn + F7 keys it did not work. I then opened BIOS to my surprise i could not see Mouse-Pad options there. I also tried to go for BIOS update but i still could not see Acer Aspire E15 E5-571-38AZ model on Acer website.
Now, i am not sure if i download any BIOS update for another model what will happen?

Update the bios from the Acer website. Search for Model E5-571 Go to the Acer site and download the driver for the touchpad but do not use the auto install system. Manually install just the touchpad driver for your device and hopefully it should work. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/5344?b=1 Either use a usb mouse to select the start menu, or press the windows button on your keyboard to pull up the start menu. Tab down to Settings and then key down to Mouse and touchpad. Use your keyboard controls to go down to the bottom and highlight "additional mouse options," then hit enter. You can enable touchpad there.
