How can I get ground truth of UMN dataset?

I am working on video processing using matlab. I have to work on UMN dataset named as Detection of Unusual Crowd Activity. It is available at http://mha.cs.umn.edu/proj_events.shtml

But issue is this that I cannot find ground truth data of this UMN dataset.

If anyone own this data file, or know about the link through which I can get this data. Please let me know. It will be a great favor.
