I am trying to make TiO2 thin film using sol gel methode. for that, i follow this steps(T=25°C):

1/ 6ml of TTIP + 4ml of 2-Propanol (agitation for 10 min)

2/ 8ml acetic acide (agitation for 15min)

3/20 ml methanol (agitation for 1h)

Then i get a clear yellow solution.

after deposition and annealing, thin films are positioned non-transparent (white color).
