How can I get a CAD model of Left Atrium Left Ventricle and Mitral Valve?

Hi there -- I’m working on a project for one of my classes and was wondering if anyone knows where I can find an open source STL file of the heart, specifically the Left Atrium, Left Ventricle, and Mitral Valve. I’ve checked GrabCad and cant find anything.
