How can I fix the error in the FulllProf program?

I am using the Fullprof program for the first time. When I entered all the values in Editor of PCF Files and clicked Run Fullprof Program, an error as shown in the picture below occurs. How can I solve this problem?

I think you should check the .csv file and search for any data without point.

The error is saying "invalid character in a numeric field" then shows the number "5.144433107,524" that contain a comma.

Then the programme says "please check the imput file at line 1"
