How can I find the probability of deviation as a percentage?

I have the maximum and minimum limit of angle deviation. I have splited the interval into 10 sections. How can I find the probability of deviation as a percentage? Thanks in advance

Are you doing deviation correction work? If yes, and if azimuth data is also available, you can convert the deviation angle to coordinates and calculate the offset distance so that you can calculate the percentage of deflection correction.
