I think you can not find phase formula by using EDX data because EDX method only gives the element concentration, not phase.

Phases can be detcted with the help of X-Ray Diffraction Mthods. EDX can not provide you phases , only chemical composition can be determined through it.

Nope, you should perform an XRD measurement on your powder in order to find the phases present in it. As said,EDX just give you the element concentration and not in a so accurate way (imho)
