I am sorry but i am not getting your point. you have the molecule and want to dock it but don't know about the protein of interest? that seems like you have the solution and trying to find the question. please specify what you want to do. i think i am not getting it from your question.

I tried tarfisdock server. I tried to upload my  file in tarfisdock server. But the website shows that "You have submitted a valid Mol2 file!FTP connection has failed!". how can I solve this problem

as far as I am aware, it is already known that:

Seborrhea-like dermatitis with psoriasiform elements caused by a mutation in ZNF750, encoding a putative C2H2 zinc finger protein.

(Nature Genetics;Jul2006, Vol. 38 Issue 7, p749)

I would suggest to find the structure of this protein. In the pProtein Data Bank you have to give the keyword ZNF, to get 32 structural results.

Among them, I'd guess, the result encoded 2CSH might be of relevance to your study.

But if the fetched structure is not a mutant, you have to remodel the pertinent mutation.
