I am looking for an author whose expert in migration. I am trying to write an article about Afghans emigration in the latest years. By the way, the primary data have been collected by conducting a questionnaire on 400 Afghans emigrants.
There are a lot of Afghan immigrants world wide (some of whom are living in my country, Australia). This isn't my field but I think that you should "google" "Academics in Australia who conduct research about Afghan refugees and immigrants" (which of course are one and the same but better to differentiate them to maximise the Google search). You also should look on Google Scholar for papers on this topic and then email people who are already conducting similar research in the same field. Usually their institutions or even email addresses are contained in the articles. But you can find them via this institution in any case. I'm sure people here in Australia would like to collaborate with you. I hope that This is helpful. All the best, Christine (Dr. Christine Nicholls)
Christine Nicholls Thanks for your advice. I will apply your recommends however if you know any researcher in this field it will be great to introduce him to me
Hello dear Abdul Ahad Hakim , First of all I would like to congratulate you on the relevance of your research topic.
Secondly, you can collaborate with people attached to the same laboratory as you, for example your thesis director, or your colleagues who work more or less on the same topic as you.
Or, you can search on Google Scholar, and list authors who are working on migration issues, and then contact them by email (which you can find on their articles) for collaboration.
You may want to contact Professor Chien-Juh Gu at Western Michigan University. Her research expertise is international migration. You can see her RG profile at https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Chien-Juh_Gu
Dear Abdul Ahad Hakim, in fact, you can collaborate with PhD. students working on practically the same field's research as you. They can be affiliated to your laboratory, or even to other laboratories on other universities.
You can also collaborate with your competitors: the authors of the articles that you have read and that you appreciated.
