In matlab fuzzy logic toolbox, If we the set different antecedent and consequent fuzzy sets, different operations, it will give a crisp output from an input. The output is a crisp value, since it defuzzifies the output fuzzy set to a crisp value. Is there any way to see (or export) the output fuzzy set insted of getting the crisp value?
You can visualize the output fuzzy set in Rule viewer (using fuzzy logic controller with rule viewer). In rule viewer, you can visualize all input variables and corresponding output variable in fuzzified form.
In Rule viewer (fuzzy logic toolbox), you can visualize the result (the output) of each rule and the result (output of the FIS) of the rule base of the considered FIS.
The Rule Viewer invoked using ruleview('a') depicts the fuzzy inference diagram for an FIS stored in a file, a.fis. It is used to view the entire implication process from beginning to end. You can move around the line indices that correspond to the inputs and then watch the system readjust and compute the new output. Refer to The Rule Viewer for more information about how to use ruleview.
