The CTX EDR data is composed of pixels displaying digital numbers. Is there any way to convert this DN value to radiance, then reflectance and subsequently generate Lambert albedo from the same?
Thank you so much for your help Sir. Since I am currently working on a Windows platform where ISIS unfortunately doesn't run, I would be really grateful if you could help me out with an alternative procedure.
I suggest that you can install a virtual machine (e.g., VMware) on Windows platform. Then, install a linux OS (e.g., Ubuntu 14.04) on the virtual machine. Since ISIS is the de facto standard for preprocessing of planetary images, it is very necessary to study using ISIS. A detailed procedures are given at the ISIS website ( https://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/documents/InstallGuide/).
