I want to simulate a 3-layered dielectric spheroid in the CST and stimulate it with a PW. I couldn't find any way to draw it in CST enviroment. Is there any option except importing from HFSS?
I might also need to draw this type of structure for a project very soon. To the best of my knowledge, in CST geometry, there is elliptical cylinder, not ellipsoid. Equation based surface may be a solution. Otherwise, you have to import this structure from somewhere else. If you have found other solution, please let me know. Thanks.
I actuallt try to define it by Analytical curve. The first problem is defining equation parametricly. It should only depend on one "varaible" which is not easy for spheroids. Then, if this solve, it will be a empty 3D shape, and it is not possible to define material inside as far as I know.
So, I take this easy way, I model a sphere. Then from " transform-->scale", I scale it in two directions, un-uniformly (check attachments).
M. Ababil Hossain Yourwelcome. I also check your question. I don't have any clue how to solve it. I will keep searching to find if there is any solution for it.
