Materials Studio is not free, you need to pay for it (as Sushanta Sethi said). Depending on which simulation methods you want to use, there may be some free alternatives.

I don't think any of the free options are quite as comprehensive as Materials Studio, and certainly don't come with the wealth of help, tutorials and examples, but for simply setting up simulation geometries and visualising the outputs they will do the job.
