To do this, it is necessary to calculate of the energy characteristics of the surface (the free surface energy) of coated paperboard with the use of the Owens–Wendt equation and its surface roughness. Hydrophobic, low-energy, and low-polarity coatings have the self-cleaning property.
Hi, you can use organic dyes such as Rhodamin B or Methylen Blue. Under UV-light, these dyes will be bleached by catalytic active TiO2 (anatase to be more specific). Look for works on suspension sprayed TiO2 coatings published by my colleague Dr. F.-L. Toma.

if u want to use dyes like methylene blue to make spot this will be bleached by catalytic active TiO2 and after that measure its k/Sto determine color shade

Thanks for ur comment, But the substrate is a kind of printed paper. We can't use liquid form materials. So calculated the surface energy is possibly operated, that commented by Elena. By the way, it's my appreciated if you send me the related references links.
