How can I determine the average size of the Blocks in block copolymer with the help of NMR spectra?

I am working on the PET/PBT blend and I am trying to inverstigate the influence of the Transesterification, I need to have an estimation of Block size, and I heard it is possible with CNMR, anyone know how?

this is a standard approach, mostly up to three neighbours, you should be able to find this by searching journals with the right keywords, I published I in the field
