I would like to design temperature and pressure Graphene-based sensors using the laser scribing method (LIG). How can I adjust the laser machine (carbon dioxide laser machine) so that sensors will act as temperature and pressure sensors? In other words, How can I control the laser parameters ( laser wavelength, speed, beam size, duty cycle,..etc) so that the sensor will behave as a Temperature/ pressure sensors? what is the range of each parameter that should be used to manufacture these two sensors?
I would look into the literature. For example the below reference has much of what you are asking about. Not perfect but they do give some hints. There should be enough out there to figure something out. Is this for a senior design project? If so there is a fair amount out there in the literature that can help you with some of the details.
