I agree with Bhuwan, but I have to warn you that the approximate cell Count (1,5 x 108) for Mc Farland Standard 0,5 only fits for E. coli bacteria. If you use other microbes, the densitiy for the cell count will be higher becouse of the size of them. If you want the same cell count for fungus (bigger cells) you need a higer Mc Farland Standard. And there is an other problem: you should use it not in colored or with salts substituted media.
