As far as I can see you have only supplied one FA composition. Is this the composition of biodiesel? Or the oil it is to be blended with? If you have the composition of the biodiesel and the blending oil then you multiply the FA value for each by the proportion that each will contribute then sum. Make sure your blends and your composition data are in the same units (e.g. % mass, % mole, absolute mass, absolute mole).

Dear Mr Samuel,

based on my experienced, it was hard to exactly determined or formulated the biodiesel component since there are a lot different type of FA. Therefore, we need to assume based on FA composition,which are in your case palmitic and oleic is dominant. Therefore you need to assume either it is methyl palmitate or methyl oleate.Then follow the chemical formula for each.
