By looking at your code, its ok till line 13. But I cannot see an optical signal received on the Fourier plane. Have a look at:

I've read this article before. After line 13 that you mentioned, I've tried to simulate the part of reference light that passes through the prism. By optical signal, you mean the same thing? The first equation in this article.
