I need a circuit which can produce and sample ac current of another circuit with opposite phase to inject to another MOS to compensate the ac current and further Rds of the MOS.
inorder to sample the current you can use a current mirror to sample the current and use an simple CS amplifier with an voltage gain of 1(voltage follower) using MOS in which output phase will be in opposite to the input AC
I want to sample Vgs of a MOS in my circuit and use it to produce a current with opposite phase to inject in anther node. I can not use Current Mirror because it uses for DC not for AC. Attached is conceptual schematic of my proposed circuit.
I do not understand well your question but I can say that a stage of RC circuit changes the phase of an AC signal at 90 degrees, then two changes it in 180.
