How can i define Prony Series coefficients from Relaxation test data?

I am trying to model asphalt modified with nano-materials in ABAQUS finite element package. the problem i get is the incorporation of the material properties into the software. Can someone please help in defining the prony coefficients. the coefficients are:

1. Shear relaxation modulus ratio (Gi)

2. Bulk relaxation modulus ratio (Ki)

3. Relaxation Time (Ti)
